Hey folks

I have a Canthan Ranger who has the pre-level 15 heroes that I have just started playing. What is the most effective way to level them up? They keep getting mooshed in Champion's Dawn.

The only thing i can think of is to do the Kurzick quests (I'm Luxon) with henchies and then switch them for heroes right before I turn in the completed quests.

As a ranger you can easily do the repeatable supplies run quest. The Kurzik one takes 90-120 seconds to complete, it's 2K experience, a bit of gold and some faction. Just flag your heroes at the start point and take off. They get credit from quest XP rewards.

You've already got the right idea in switching in your Heroes for the reward XP. Otherwise just do what you would normally do -- quests(duh), exploration, using scrolls, etc. If you're brave enough you can also try Vizunah with a few Rampaging Scrolls... Just bring Olias as MM if you have him.

At least you get the Heroes at lvl 15 now. I won't forget taking a lvl 2 Koss through the Consulate Docks mission. Good times.

Consulate Docks is great cos they get their health bumped up to 500 or so and lots to kill. I think I gained about 3 levels on each of mine doing that last night..

get to yohlon haven and take the bug hunt. use a sroll then kill everything on the map while getting hunts. i got koss 12 levels in one trip

just take blessings and go hunting. the double xp works wonders with their inherent inceased exp gain. you'll be burning through levels in no time.

Coupled with several thousands exp quest rewards - this works wonders. Too bad pets don't get exp from rewards.

Thank you all for the helpful advice! I was starting to wonder if it would just be quicker to start a new Elonian Ranger. Can I get to the Consulate Docks without doing the Champion's Dawn quest?

One more question, by blessings are those the bonuses given out by the Sunspear Scouts by the rez shrines?

Group with your low level heroes in missions Chahbek Village, Jokanur Diggings, and Blacktide Den. Doing those 3 missions alone will bring Koss to level 10, assuming you bring Koss along. Afterwards you can do the 2 quests before consulate docks and you can further level up your chars.

If you haven't done them already, I found the fastest way to level my heroes was to do the Waijunn Bazaar and Bukdek Byway quests. You can take along level 20 henchmen to help fill out the party and the rewards are insane. I took dunko from level 6 to 18 in just a few hours that way.

No one said so yet, so I'll give my take on leveling.

If you have reach Desolation area and have access to Wurms. Then just take the hero's your wish to level, use a scroll and kill everything in sight.

Once in a wurm, level, armor rating is ignored so its a easy and safe way to level them up.

fastest way I've found is cruising the sulfer wastes as wurms with a few scrolls.....takes no time at all to put on 3-4 lvls to those low heros in there and still have them be effective....

What about taking them on elite skill capp'ing? Would they gain from the 4k exp u get?
